Greenslopes 1
Concept Greenslopes, Brisbane
A character-filled Queenslander renovation involving raise-and-build, rear extension and new front carport designed to complement the home’s frontage.
Positioning the carport to the front preserves valuable garden space at the rear, supporting the client’s priority to maximise outdoor living. While development approval and a siting relaxation were required, the additional process enabled a better overall outcome for the site.
