A new ground-floor granny flat, front extension and façade upgrade make better use of the existing home while creating additional independent living space and a more defined entry.
The design utilises the front setback to accommodate the granny flat, while upgrades to the existing balcony and a small bedroom extension create space for the ensuite. New work is carefully integrated with the existing home to retain as much of the original structure as possible.
