A double-storey extension and internal reconfiguration transform this post-war home, responding to the sloping block, framing views to the surrounding trees and valley, and creating a more functional family layout.
New wall and roof cladding provided an opportunity to improve insulation, while generous eaves and strategically positioned windows help enhance year-round comfort. The home’s generous existing setback also made the new double-storey front extension possible.
