A raise-and-build renovation of a classic Queenslander, retaining its original character while adding contemporary spaces for family living.
The design keeps most of the home’s pre-1946 frontage intact, builds beneath the existing upper-level footprint and extends to the rear – maintaining the character streetscape while supporting a smoother development approval process.
