Greenslopes 2
Completed Greenslopes
A character renovation of this beautiful Queenslander involved enclosing the verandah and deck with windows that reflect the existing style and honour the home’s story.
Enclosing a verandah within a Traditional Character Overlay area requires careful design, town planning and council approval. With a considered approach, the new enclosure can provide valuable additional living space while remaining sympathetic to the original home.
